The solution
To address the challenge, The Fuel Tank Shop, supported by HYTEK, worked with the customer to deliver a fully mobile, self-contained fuel storage solution integrated with a Tecalemit fuel management system. This enabled accurate tracking of fuel usage across multiple sites without reliance on fixed infrastructure.
With support from Hytek, the Tecalemit system was specified to meet the demands of mobile construction environments, providing real-time visibility of fuel levels and withdrawals. This supported improved accountability and more efficient site operations, while the portable design which sat within one of FTS tanks allowed the unit to be easily relocated between projects without compromising data reliability.
Implementation
With guidance from Hytek, The Fuel Tank Shop’s customer implemented the mobile fuel storage and monitoring unit as a flexible solution that could be deployed across multiple construction sites as needed. The self-contained design allowed the unit to be moved and reused without complex installation or reliance on fixed infrastructure.
