We’re recognising four of our valued team members who are each celebrating a milestone in their journeys at Hytek. 15 Years Gareth – Customer Support Supervisor Gareth, our customer support supervisor, is celebrating 15 years with HYTEK. He leads the department and continues to support customers and colleagues with his experience. 5 Years Joe – Pump Engineer Joe takes real pride in building Alpha pumps, with his excellent attention to detail helping to ensure every unit is finished to a high standard. Outside of HYTEK, he’s a keen West Ham supporter, proof that commitment really does run deep! Jay – Pump Engineer Jay works on our C-Series and Zeon pumps, bringing a practical, hands-on approach and a good eye for solving problems along the way. In his spare time, he’s a bit of a handyman and enjoys motorbikes, so tinkering comes naturally to him. Amy – Customer Support If you’ve placed an order with Hytek, there’s a good chance you’ve dealt with Amy. As part of our customer support team, she helps process orders with great accuracy and attention to detail, and is always happy to help customers.
