For trade account holders, you are welcome to collect pre-placed orders between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Out of hours, small items can be left in our secure collection box. Hytek has great relationships with the carriers we have carefully selected. We offer next-day delivery as standard to UK mainland addresses; however, it is not guaranteed. If it is essential that your parcels arrive guaranteed either the same day or the next day, we can arrange a same-day carrier at cost.

Hytek sends its parcels under 30kg in weight via APC. The following day, you will receive an email directly from APC using the email address on your online order. You can then go online to check the progress of your parcel. For pallet deliveries, we can track these for you; just call us or email sales@hytekgb.com.

It’s a rarity. However, parcels can get misrouted and, in rare cases, lost. At Hytek, we operate a quality system; we log your complaint and issue you a customer return number, CR. If you are a trade account holder and depending on the circumstances, we would send out your order again; it would be discussed with you if a different address may be best to use depending on the circumstances. If the carriers confirm your parcel has been lost, we will issue the replacement products. We would always discuss the options, and our priority is to ensure you are happy with the outcome. Often, our customers order spare parts and attend their customers' sites to repair or service the equipment, so we understand the priority of good service.

Goods are shipped via a courier. Orders received by 4pm are despatched the same day where possible. (Excludes goods despatched on a pallet). Requests to leave goods as 'unsigned' must be made at the time of ordering, and any such requests are made with the customer accepting liability. If you have any special delivery instructions please state these at the time of ordering. Goods may be delivered to a different address to the invoice address provided such requests are made at the time of ordering. Redirection requests made once the goods have been despatched may incur a charge. Our delivery zones are as follows (all rates are for web orders only, different rates apply for non web orders): Zone 1: Mainland UK This zone includes all parts of the UK not defined in zone 2. All goods despatched to this area via our couriers should be with you next business day if the order is placed before 4pm of the date of despatch from our premises. If the total order value* is £325.00 or greater then the order is shipped free of charge (Max. weight: 40kg). If the total order value* is less than £325.00 delivery charge will be £11.95 (Max. weight: 40kg). *Total order value exclusive of carriage & VAT. All Pumptronics Cabinet Pumps will be charged at £50.00 per pump.
