How can I see your prices online within this site?
Hytek sells to trade customers only. If you would like to become a trade distributor just get in touch to set up an account. You will then be able to log in and see all the prices. Alternatively, if you are an end user, we can direct you to your local distributor of Hytek Products. Just head to the contact page and drop us a line.
Is it easy to buy online from Hytek?
When you are set up as a trade customer, simply browse or search for the product you wish to purchase, click on the 'add' button, and then 'confirm' the quantity you require, to add the item to your shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you need, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server for credit card payment, or you can have the goods charged to your trade account. It's that easy.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. You can place an order by telephone on +44 (0)1279 815 600 Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
Can I buy direct from your trade counter?
No, but you can collect pre-ordered goods if you have a registered trade account. These are available to collect Monday-Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. A map with directions is available from the 'Contact' page.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. If you have any queries about card payments please e-mail us via info@hytekgb.com.
Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts are available for bulk purchases. For more information, please email us at sales@hytekgb.com with your details, item codes, and the quantities required, and we’ll provide a tailored quotation. Please note that discounts are applicable only to customers with an active trade account.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown are in GB Pounds & exclude VAT. VAT will be added to all orders despatched to UK destinations. VAT will not be added to export orders provided we are able to obtain satisfactory evidence of export as required by HM Customs & Revenue.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we currently have no minimum order value, but remember carriage is free to UK mainland destinations if the order value is over £325.00. Orders less than £325.00 are charged at £11.95, if the order is placed via our website. Higher carriage rates are charged for orders not placed via our website. All prices quoted exclude VAT.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong product?
We only accept product returns, due to incorrect ordering, at our discretion. Returns must be pre-authorised and products must be unused, in good condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging, suitable for resale. Please see our returns policy at the bottom right of each page or copy this link: https://hytekgb.com/returns/ A handling charge of 20% will apply to all returns, and we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns for non-catalogue items under any circumstances.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
All our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they perform as promised. In the unlikely event that a Hytek product does not meet expectations, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and take the necessary action.
Are your ordering and payment systems secure?
Yes, Hytek uses the Sagepay Secure (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption, the highest commercially available level, to securely collect your credit and debit card payment details.

Delivery Information

How are products delivered and what is the cost?
Goods are shipped via a courier. Orders received by 4pm are despatched the same day where possible. (Excludes goods despatched on a pallet). Requests to leave goods as 'unsigned' must be made at the time of ordering, and any such requests are made with the customer accepting liability. If you have any special delivery instructions, please state these at the time of ordering. Goods may be delivered to a different address to the invoice address provided such requests are made at the time of ordering. Redirection requests made once the goods have been despatched may incur a charge. Our delivery zones are as follows: Zone 1: Mainland UK This zone includes all parts of the UK not defined in zone 2. All goods despatched to this area via our couriers should be with you next business day if the order is placed before 4pm of the date of despatch from our premises. If the total order value* is £325.00 or greater than the order is shipped free of charge. If the total order value* is less than £325.00 delivery charge will be £11.95. *Total order value exclusive of carriage & VAT. Zone 2: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles & the Isle of Man This zone includes all areas with the following postcodes: AB4 AB5 AB33 AB35-38 AB44 AB45 AB51-56 FK18-21 G84 IV1-28 IV30-36 IV40 IV52-54 IV63KA27 KA28 all KW PA20-40 PH20-22 PH25 PH26 PH30-41 PH49 PH50 all HS all ZE all BT all GY all JE TR21-25 all IM. All goods despatched to this area via our couriers should be with you within 3-5 days of the date of despatch from our premises. Total weight less than 30 Kgs delivery charge will be £28.00. For order weights over 30 Kgs delivery charge will be £135.00 per pallet. *Total order value exclusive of carriage & VAT. Zone 3: EU (including Ireland) & Non-EU countries This zone includes Republic of Ireland, other EU member states and the rest of the world.
