This is an out of the box solution for 1,000 litre intermediate bulk containers (IBC's) for the transfer of AdBlue® or water. The 230V battery transfer pump kit mounts directly on the side of an IBC and comes complete with a mounting bracket.
Hytek approved 230V battery IBC mount pump kit for dispensing AdBlue® or water, AB.PKIM, has passed all Hytek's in house inspections and tests. A two year parts warranty is supplied as standard. This kit is perfect for when a whole new system is required, either when you’re adding to an existing operation or replacing an old IBC apparatus. It is supplied with a manual nozzle, equipped with a stainless steel tipped spout for longevity.
It also comes with a 6m x ¾” lined delivery hose, as when dispensing into large vehicles such as tractors and plant vehicles high off the ground, a normal 4m hose is often too short. Designed as a complete IBC dispensing kit, it includes an SEC connector, which is favourable over traditional lever based CDS connectors. An SEC connector ensures greater protection from contamination of AdBlue®. The kit also features an integrated nozzle hanger for easy storage with drip pocket. The pump is IP55 weatherproof, making it ideal for outdoor use, even in bad weather.
