On the day of installation, HYTEK set up a teams call with you & your customer to go over the commissioning & how to use the system, users are able to refuel their vehicles the same day.
HYTEK ensures all FMS that leave them are programmed & set up ready for use to ease installation. HYTEK send a set up questionnaire when you place your order, your customer needs to fill this out (HYTEK supports you with this). Included in the first-year costs are HYTEK’s hosting fee & this covers you & your customer for remote support. Hosting is a yearly fee that keeps FMS software updated. HYTEK’s FMS are cloud based & mostly linked via a modem, helps to prevent issues. Your customer’s data is backed up on remote secure servers.
