HYTEK is a UK-approved service TECALEMIT fuel management systems (FMS) and technical centre that provides ongoing support. Plug & play units are fully configured and ready for installation. Our Tecalemit fuel management system (FMS) is made in Germany and is already a proven, reliable fuel management system (FMS). Connects to one existing or new fuel pump (100-240V AC) the only requirement is a pulse output from the pump. All set up by us to save you time on site, 24hrs from receipt of our questionnaire. This system Tecalemit fuel management system (FMS) comprises of the HDA fuel management terminal that includes the cloud based software (free automatic updates) & USB stick to download the transactions from the fuel management terminal to your PC. Just order the number of vehicle/driver tags required (HDAT). Hytek fully sets up and tests this fuel management system at their factory based in Elsenham, near Stansted Airport, in the UK.

On the day of installation, HYTEK sets up a team call with you and your customer to go over the commissioning and how to use the system. Users are able to refuel their vehicles the same day.

HYTEK ensures all FMS that leave them are programmed & set up ready for use to ease installation. HYTEK send a set up questionnaire when you place your order, your customer needs to fill this out (HYTEK supports you with this). Included in the first-year costs is HYTEK’s hosting fee, which covers remote support for you and your customer. Hosting is a yearly fee that keeps FMS software updated. HYTEK’s FMS are cloud based and mostly linked via a modem (this version does not have a modem/SIM and uses a USB stick to download the transactions, kit version with modem HDACK), which helps to prevent issues. Your customer’s data is backed up on remote secure servers.

• Driver or vehicle tag (HDAT) choose the quantity required sold in units of 1
• Pulse meter to connect the existing or new pump to the HDAC unless the pump already has a pulsed output, suitable for use with diesel, HVO & AdBlue® (FMOGABP) oval gear meter accurate to +/-0.5%
• For system with GSM modem, SIM card, 10 x driver/vehicle tags & tank fill module & tank level probe see (HDACK)

Ongoing costs after year 1

• Main site cloud based software management hosting contract fee – 12 months (HDH)
• No SIM card costs as no modem is required as this downloads data using the USB download stick provided with cloud software
