HYTEK is a UK-approved service TECALEMIT fuel management systems (FMS) and technical centre that provides ongoing support. Plug & play units are fully configured and ready for installation.

Our TECALEMIT fuel management systems (FMS) system comprises the HDAC FM terminal fitted inside a compact fuel pump cabinet that includes the full cloud software (free automatic updates) & USB stick to download the transactions from the terminal to your PC, HDMHC. Just order the number of vehicle/driver tags required (HDAT). Made in Germany, it is a proven, reliable pump/dispenser with an integral fuel management system (FMS). All set up by us to save you time on site, 24hrs from receipt of our questionnaire. Hytek fully sets up and tests this fuel management system at their factory based in Elsenham, near Stansted Airport, in the UK.

On the day of installation, HYTEK sets up a team call with you and your customer to go over the commissioning and how to use the system. Users are able to refuel their vehicles the same day.

HYTEK ensures all FMS that leave them are programmed & set up ready for use to ease installation. HYTEK send a set up questionnaire when you place your order, your customer needs to fill this out (HYTEK supports you with this). Included in the first-year costs is HYTEK’s hosting fee, which covers remote support for you and your customer. Hosting is a yearly fee that keeps FMS software updated. HYTEK’s FMS are cloud based and mostly linked via a modem (this version does not have a modem/SIM and uses a USB stick to download the transactions, kit version with modem HDMHCK), which helps to prevent issues. Your customer’s data is backed up on remote secure servers.
