Due to diesel's reclassification as a flammable liquid under the CLP Regulations, the Hytek tank alarms have been ATEX certified for use with diesel.
The Hytek Engineered 3 Channel Tank Alarms are built and tested here at Hytek. Their design allows them to use one alarm with up to 3 float tank switches to control one level in three tanks or three levels in one tank.
These are an environmental must to prevent storage tanks from being overfilled, they can also monitor low level/reorder level or bund. Depending on the tank float switch they can be used with diesel, HVO, biodiesel, oil, heating oil, petrol, kerosene, AdBlue® and water.

- Output relay contacts rated at 250V, 5amps/100VA max. Volt free contacts for each channel
- Constant monitoring alarm & not a “push to test”
- 3 channel alarm designed to detect overfill/high level, low level/reorder level or bund alarm situations in 1, 2 or 3 tanks. Connect up to 3 float switches
- ATEX certified, tank float switches rated for zone 0&1, alarm must be located in the safe zone

- Battery, weatherproof alarm box with individual channel LED’s (no beacon)
- High powered alarm sounder 90dB at 1m.

- Universal float switches, can be used for high, bund or low level/reorder, just configure the dip switches inside the alarm box to activate the level alarm required
