We have been supplying Hytek Engineered SPECTRA fuel transfer pump kits since 1992 and these versions with steel security and weatherproof cabinets were added in 1987. These Hytek Engineered SPECTRA 230V fuel transfer pump kits with security cabinets are low cost and easy to operate for the small fleet operator and when meter accuracy is not of the utmost importance. Can be used with new or existing above ground fuel storage tanks. This version comes with the added benefit of being housed in a steel cabinet for added security. It’s ideal if you’re mounting your pump remotely and would benefit from greater control over who can access your dispensing operation.
Our Hytek Engineered SPECTRA pump kit with security cabinet SPU.PCTE is a 90 litres per minute 230V fuel transfer pump kit fitted inside a security cabinet with a drip tray, suitable for dispensing diesel and HVO. It is ideal for refuelling agricultural, plant and construction machinery as well as trucks. Suited to refuel vehicles with larger capacity fuel tanks, not suitable to refuel cars or vans.
Supplied as a complete dispensing kit, the wall mount backplate is made locally with the dispensing hose. We add the automatic shut off nozzle, helps prevent fuel spillages while refueling and the outlet elbow. The integral pump unit strainer ensures no particles can jam the pump. It is fitted with a Piusi K44 4 digit mechanical robust nutating disc flow meter that measures up to 9999 litres at a time. It indicates to the users how much fuel has just been dispensed. The ongoing totaliser keeps a lasting record of the total fuel used. Its 4 digit register is particularly useful when filling vehicles with larger fuel tanks. The integral nozzle hanger ensures the automatic shut off nozzle remains in good condition. All this is fitted on a backplate that is then added inside our security cabinet with drip tray. Assembled, tested and packed in the UK by Hytek, designed with the user in mind. Includes a mains junction box and accepts top or bottom fuel storage tank entry pipework as standard.
