This Hytek approved manual diesel, HVO nozzle has been designed to be a cost-effective alternative to well-known brands, without sacrificing features or usability. Our nozzle has been designed with a sturdy cast aluminium body to prevent wear and tear, making it a useful nozzle in even the most demanding of environments. This nozzle is ideal for both gravity feed tanks and with electric pumps.
The nozzle is designed for easy refuelling. Its cranked spout helps it sit in the fuel tank filler neck, and its maximum flow rate is 80 litres per minute. It comes complete with a storage hook, which decreases the costs associated with wear and tear and the risks associated with incorrect storage
The nozzle comes without a latch, decreasing environmental risk factors when refuelling. By removing manual operation errors, this nozzle reduces the risk of spillages from overfilling the vehicle's fuel tank. A version with a latch facility (NOZ.S2LA) is available for use with hand pumps only.
