OLE T4000 Day Tank Controller

Description

Made in the UK, OLE has been manufacturing high-quality tank gauges since 2001 and became part of HYTEK in 2021. Every OLE unit is designed, assembled, and tested in the UK to ensure reliable performance and long-lasting accuracy.

This day tank controller is used to control the level in generator day tanks.

Key Features and Benefits

• Suitable with diesel, HVO, biodiesel, AdBlue® & water
• Four inputs used for pump control & fail safe
• Low-level input starts the pump & will keep the pump running until the high-level input is triggered
• In the event that the pump fails to start, the low low-level input will trigger the audible alarm
  & signals to a building management system (BMS) if connected via volt free switch
• In the event that the pump fails to stop pumping, the high high-input will trigger opening
  the pump relay, audible alarm sounds & signals a BMS system if connected
• Pump relay is 240V, 6A rated
• Power supply can be 230V, 110V or 24VDC
• LED indicators change colour to indicate status of the system
• Uses up to 4 x float switches not provided (B8) which come with a 1” BSPT M tank fitting
• Can be connected to our T5020 tank gauge which must have relay board fitted (R5)
• Maximum tank height 4m

Options

• Up to 4 x level switches required (B8)
• For AdBlue^® or water level switches choose (B8-ADBLUE)
• The relay board fits inside the gauge housing & it has 5x volt free outputs (R5), optional charge for us to fit this inside the gauge housing (R5 INSTALLATION)
