Made in the UK, OLE has been manufacturing high-quality tank gauges since 2001 and became part of HYTEK in 2021. Every OLE unit is designed, assembled, and tested in the UK to ensure reliable performance and long-lasting accuracy.

OLE tank gauges are suitable for all tank shapes and are trusted for their proven, dependable technology. ATEX-certified versions are available for use in hazardous environments, offering added safety and compliance. Depending on the model, accuracy is consistent to within +/-1% (C2020/Z2000/EX2020) or +/-0.25% (T5020/Z5020/EX5020).

Each tank probe uses an electronic pressure sensor with a 1″ BSPT male fitting, designed to be suspended approximately 50mm from the bottom of the tank for optimal readings. The OLE Z5020 Tank Gauge Kit includes the tank gauge housing, pressure sensor, and 1″ tank adaptor, providing everything required for straightforward installation and operation.

Web Compatibility

• Important – Web Hosting and SIM card rental/management charges not included (12 month contract), then renewal annually Updates the website every 2 hours (as standard).
• All programming can be set up by Hytek (charges apply) – contact us upon delivery to activate your password. Alarm functions and low-level email alerts can be configured. Uses a GPRS modem, and if the signal strength is low, GSM will be used to ensure the data is always transmitted. LED Indicators: Red, Yellow, Green for status, comms, data.
• Data Upload: Sends data to web service Alerts & Reports: Automatic emails, stock reconciliation, usage summaries
• Data can be downloaded, sorted, and analysed as required.
• Simple export to spreadsheets in CSV format, with infinite report generation options.
• A quad-band GSM SIM card is required together with cloud software hosting. Not included (12 month contract) and renewal annually.
• Order separately (WEBHS) 1ST year SIM card and cloud software management/hosting contract fee.
• The housing is weatherproof to IP65.
• Overdue calls are logged by the computer to alert you if no GSM call is received.
• The latest true value data and all historical archived data can be viewed on our file servers.

• We can calibrate your gauge within 24 hours of receiving our tank questionnaire (CALIB-T5020)
• Choose bund probe/level switch (B8-ATEX) NOT for use with AdBlue^® water or antifreeze (talk to our technical team as options are available)
• Water bottom sensor (B2-ATEX)
• If extending the probe cable on non ATEX OLE gauges low loss cable must be used (CABLE-4CV)
• The relay board fits inside the gauge housing & it has 5x volt free outputs (R5), optional charge for us to fit this inside the gauge housing (R5 INSTALLATION)
