This Hytek Engineered product is a hybrid as it uses several suppliers’ products, and Hytek assembles this unit in-house. These special vented TWIN thermal relief poppet assemblies (for use in extreme cases when a single valve is not enough) include pressure relief to prevent pressure issues on site and replace the existing poppet assemblies in the existing brass angle check valves. Nozzles can be difficult to open in hot weather due to vapour lock, and damage can occur to meters and pump shaft seals. These TWIN thermal relief poppet assemblies are an easy-to-fit and cost-effective solution.

Why Buy:

• Hot weather, long hoses, hose runovers & hose reels can cause pressure build-up in pumping systems
• These thermal relief poppets vent the pressure back to the tank, preventing pressure buildup
• Stops damage to pumping equipment, i.e. meter backs cracking & pump shaft seals leaking
