This Hytek approved stainless steel automatic nozzle is designed for use with cars and commercial vehicles. It automatically shuts off the flow of AdBlue® when the vehicle tank is full, with a flow rate of up to 60 litres per minute. Spout 19mm OD. Note: to avoid misfuelling this nozzle will only work when the magnet adaptor is fitted to the vehicle tank filler neck

Hytek has been supplying these Hytek approved nozzles since 2010. They have passed all Hytek's in-house inspections and tests and are supplied with a one-year parts warranty as standard. They have proved a very cost-effective, reliable, and robust alternative to other brands. In more recent years, Hytek has supplied a major Adblue® manufacturer with over 1,000 a year.
Our Hytek approved automatic stainless steel nozzle is specially designed for refilling of Adblue®/DEF. The nozzle is constructed from stainless steel to prevent leaching and Viton seals offer the best chemical resistant protection against leaks.
This misfuelling automatic nozzle has a misfilling spout & is supplied with a vehicle tank adaptor. This system prevents the misfilling of AdBlue® into vehicles diesel, HVO tanks when the vehicles AdBlue® tank is fitted with this vehicle tank adaptor. We also stock versions without a magnetic misfuelling spout.
With a max flow rate of 60L/min this nozzle allows for good control and comes with a 3 position stay open latch for refuelling. The integral overfill protection helps prevent the vehicle tank from overfilling and keeps the working environment safe from spills, which is vital when using Adblue®. The nozzle body had a plastic cover for comfortable use and to protect the stainless steel body from daily wear and tear. The nozzle comes with a 1 year parts warranty as standard.
