The Tecalemit HDMC Fuel Management System combines fuel dispensing and management in one compact solution, and is available as the HDMC system or HDMCK kit to suit different site requirements. Part of our wider fuel management range, it is manufactured by Tecalemit, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality systems for measuring, controlling, and dispensing fuels and AdBlue®, with solutions widely used across fleet management, workshops, and agriculture.

Both options combine a fuel management terminal with a 230V self-priming pump, dispensing diesel and HVO at 50L/minute, providing a proven and reliable solution for managing and dispensing fuel.

HDMC – Standard System

The HDMC combines the fuel management terminal and cloud-based software with a compact 230V fuel pump, dispensing diesel and HVO at 50L/minute. Transaction data can be downloaded using the supplied USB stick, with vehicle and driver tags (HDAT2) available separately to suit your requirements.

HDMCK – Complete Kit

For a more comprehensive solution, the HDMCK combines the same fuel management and dispensing capabilities with an integral GSM modem and SIM for automatic transaction downloads. The kit also includes 10 vehicle/driver tags, a tank level probe accurate to ±0.5%, tank fill module reporting, and a USB reader.

Fuel Management and Reporting

Designed for fleets and multi-user operations, the Tecalemit HDMC range combines fuel dispensing with greater visibility and control over fuel usage. The system records which vehicles and drivers have taken fuel, when they refuelled, and how much they dispensed.

Cloud-based software provides access to detailed reporting, including fuel usage by vehicle or driver, transaction totals, and MPG reporting. Operators can also manage vehicle and driver access, set dispensing limits, and review data across multiple sites.
