ELAFLEX HIBY is a German manufacturer of the popular ZVA brand of refuelling nozzles, which are used in petrol filling stations worldwide. Hytek has been a distributor since the mid-1980s.

As the best brand on the market, ZVA is recognised across the UK and Europe and can be found on most forecourts. This high-speed model, with a max flow rate of up to 140L/min, is perfect for fueling larger vehicles such as trucks, agricultural and plant machinery. This version is supplied with a magnet in the guard as certain dispensers require a magnet to turn them on/off.

This version has the built-in safety break swivel for added operator security, protecting your operation from accidental damage if a vehicle pulls away when the nozzle is left in the filling position. 

The nozzle is robustly made to have a long life-cycle, and as such, is equipped with a stainless steel tip to prevent damage from wear and tear. As with other ZVA nozzles, the construction is modular and comes with a full range of spares, reducing the downtime on an operation in the event of a scheduled service or replacement. 

Supplied with a 3 position stay open trigger latch, which can be disabled if required (must be disabled on retail forecourts & when used with B100). The automatic shut-off prevents overfill and environmentally damaging spills, protecting operations from loss of revenue at the same time. The nozzle comes with a 1 year warranty as standard.
