ELAFLEX HIBY is a German manufacturer of the popular ZVA brand of refuelling nozzles, which are used in petrol filling stations worldwide. Hytek has been a distributor since the mid-1980s.

As the best brand on the market, ZVA is recognised across the UK and Europe and can be found on most forecourts. This high-speed model, with a max flow rate of up to 140L/min, is perfect for fueling larger vehicles such as trucks, agricultural and plant machinery. Spout OD 31mm. 

The nozzle is robustly made to have a long life-cycle, and as such, is equipped with a stainless steel tip to prevent damage from wear and tear. As with other ZVA nozzles, the construction is modular and comes with a full range of spares, reducing the downtime on an operation in the event of a scheduled service or replacement. 

Supplied with 3-position stay open trigger latch (must be disabled on retail forecourts & when used with B100).

The automatic shut-off prevents overfill and environmentally damaging spills, protecting operations from loss of revenue at the same time.
