ELAFLEX HIBY is a German manufacturer of the popular ZVA brand of refuelling nozzles, used in petrol filling stations worldwide. Hytek has been a distributor since the mid-1980s.

ZVA nozzles are a well-renowned brand of forecourt style models, with almost all forecourts in the UK and Europe fit these. The ZVA range has become popular due in part to its ecologically advanced design and economically sound, long life-cycle. 

The ZVA 32 nozzle is their ultra high speed, heavy-duty automatic nozzle for diesel, HVO, biodiesel up to B100 and kerosene. The maximum flow rate of 200 litres per minute makes this nozzle suitable for installations where large volumes of fuel are required. Suitable for refuelling vehicles with large fuel tanks, such as plant, construction machinery, trains and boats.

For use with electric pumps only. Spout diameter 38mm, will only fit into fuel tanks of vehicles with tank filler necks bigger than 38mm OD. It has ATEX certification and is approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications.

The nozzle is equipped with overfill protection and automatically shuts off the flow of fuel when the vehicle tank is full.

The nozzle comes with a 1 years parts warranty as standard.
