ELAFLEX HIBY is a German manufacturer of the popular ZVA brand of refuelling nozzles, used in petrol filling stations worldwide. Hytek has been a distributor since the mid-1980s.

As the UK and Europe’s leading nozzle brand, ZVA is arguably the best nozzle on the market. The ZVA Slimline 2 Automatic Nozzle, is an investment that is both economical and ecological. 

The nozzle is the special DRIP STOP version fitted with a non-drip spout to help prevent spills after refuelling. As with all ZVA nozzles, they are constructed to be easily serviceable, and many of the components can be replaced easily and quickly, reducing the impact of any scheduled or impromptu maintenance. Has a stainless-steel tipped spout for protection against wear and tear for long life.

The nozzle automatically shuts off the flow of fuel when a tank is full, with less drain-off, making these ZVA nozzles the more environmentally friendly option. It also features a 3 position stay open latch which can be disabled if required (must be disabled if used on retail forecourts or when used with B100). The nozzle comes with a 1 year parts nozzle as standard.
