ELAFLEX HIBY is a German manufacturer of the popular ZVA brand of refuelling nozzles, used in petrol filling stations worldwide. Hytek has been a distributor since the mid-1980s.

As the most prevalent nozzle on petrol forecourts in Europe and the UK, the ZVA range is the toted as the best refuelling nozzles money can buy. Part of the appeal is in the design, the modular component structure makes the nozzle easy to service and replace, increasing the life cycle of the nozzle and improving the economy. 

This version is supplied with a magnet in the guard, as certain dispensers require a magnet to turn them on/off.

The nozzle has a max flow rate of up to 55L/min and a 3-position stay open trigger latch for easy fuelling – this can be disabled if necessary for better control over the refuelling operation (must be disabled if used on self service retail forecourts).  The nozzle will also shut off the fuel flow when the vehicle tank is full with less drain, making ZVA more environmentally friendly. 

The nozzle’s stainless-steel tipped spout protects against wear and tear for long life. This nozzle is approved for resale and comes with a 1-year warranty as standard.
