Transforming fuel delivery with Fuelmii: the C-Series

When the CEO of Fuelmii approached Hytek with his vision for a unique mobile fuel delivery service, our discussions revealed the complexities involved with creating a compliant and safe mobile fuel dispensing system. Central to the solution was the use of the Pumptronics C-Series dispensing pumps, chosen for their durability – perfect for a demanding mobile refuelling application.

Leveraging our industry expertise and extensive network, we co-ordinated a collaborative effort between several specialists to help bring Fuelmii’s concept to life. Over a 6-month development period, the team achieved an approved van design that met all the necessary requirements for safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Over the course of 5 years, we helped Fuelmii grow into a multi-million pound business with international investors, multiple depots across the UK, and a fleet of over 50 vehicles dispensing millions of litres of fuel.

Future-proofing fuel infrastructure for a UK supermarket: the ZEON

In collaboration with OTS Group, we worked with a leading UK supermarket to deliver a tailored fuelling solution across their distribution centres. Using proven Pumptronics ZEON technology, the system is designed for both above and below ground tanks, and built for reliability with diesel, HVO, AdBlue®, and future fuels.

The ZEON’s unique twin cabinet design provided a unified solution for all fuel types, engineered specifically for dispensing diesel, HVO, and AdBlue®. The ZEON’s high hose masts are a safety-led design, preventing hoses from dragging, a crucial safety aspect on busy distribution sites.

Keeping the fishing industry in Iceland fuelled: the ALPHA

At Hytek, we’re proud to be a global business – our products are used across the globe by a range of industries. For almost a decade, via our trade distributor, we have supplied our ALPHA pumps with FC10 fuel management systems to the fishing industry in Iceland.

50 pumps have been installed in harbours to support Iceland’s extensive fishing fleet, with a further 15 being utilised at haulage yards and a production plant. The ALPHA was chosen for its durable stainless-steel design, able to withstand the harsh Atlantic weather and heavy everyday use. Meanwhile, the FC10 fuel management system allows for monitoring of fuel consumption among the fishing fleet.
