Returns Policy

Returns Policy

If we make a mistake, we will correct it quickly. To ensure we deal with your returns quickly and efficiently, please see our policy below.

  • Before returning any goods, please contact us for your CR (customer returns) number.
  • Please add this CR number to the outside of your parcel and on all paperwork.
  • Goods returned with no CR number will take us longer to process.
  • Why not ask your engineers when they are on site with a faulty product to call us first and ask for our product support or technical team, in case they can solve the issue or help troubleshoot, this may save us all time and money.
  • Goods to be returned carriage paid by sender. If we arrange collection, you will be charged.
  • Goods returned in ‘as new’ condition after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • Goods specifically ordered for you cannot be returned.
  • Faulty goods returned to us will be repaired and returned to you, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
  • If spare or replacement parts need to be despatched before we receive the faulty item back, you will be invoiced.
  • The invoice will state your returns number.
  • We do not cover any labour costs incurred in repairing or replacing faulty items.
