He initially joined the company as a pump engineer working on the shop floor, where his enthusiasm and hands-on approach quickly became apparent. Over the years, Andy has taken on a wide variety of roles, demonstrating his versatility and deep understanding of the company’s operations. His experience spans key areas such as stock control, job planning, purchasing, and sales, allowing him to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the business from the ground up.

In 2005, Andy was promoted to Sales Director and two years later, his portfolio expanded to include marketing. In 2023, Andy was appointed as Commercial and Marketing Director. Widely regarded as an industry stalwart, Andy is well-known for his unwavering commitment to excellence and his keen eye for detail.
