Jack joined Hytek in June 2021 as a Business Development Manager and transitioned to the role of Account Manager in March 2023. In his current position, Jack manages a diverse portfolio of customers, balancing his time between client visits and office-based work. He spends around half of his time out on the road, meeting with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships, while the other half is dedicated to collaborating with his colleagues in the sales, customer support, and technical teams to deliver seamless service. Outside of work, Jack has a passion for his allotment. Despite never being “green fingered” before the pandemic, he developed a keen interest in gardening and now has multiple allotments where he grows a variety of produce. Jack is known for regularly sharing his homegrown vegetables with the team, who are always eager to try his latest harvest. His love for growing has become a fulfilling hobby that he enjoys when he’s not busy working with customers.
