Starting his journey in a customer service role, Marcus quickly demonstrated his versatility and adaptability. Over the years, he has taken on a variety of positions within the company, gaining valuable experience in areas such as sales, purchasing, and workshop job planning. This breadth of knowledge has allowed Marcus to develop a comprehensive understanding of Hytek’s operations, making him an invaluable asset to the team. Today, Marcus serves as our Stock Manager, a role in which he draws upon his extensive experience across multiple departments. His deep understanding of inventory management, coupled with his hands-on experience in sales and purchasing, enables him to effectively oversee stock levels and ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the business. His commitment to excellence in his role is evident in the seamless day-to-day operations of our stock management processes. Outside of work, Marcus is a passionate football fan and a dedicated Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder. He enjoys following his beloved team to both home and away games, taking the opportunity to visit new football stadiums across the country.
