Michael joined Hytek as a technical lead, drawing upon his extensive background in mechanical and electronics engineering. Prior to joining us, Michael had built his expertise by working in the medical and industrial X-ray sectors, where he developed a strong foundation in high-precision technical systems. Upon joining Hytek, Michael was tasked with an important project: reviewing the Pumptronics C Series dispensing pumps to renew their crucial MIR certification, which would allow certain versions to resell fuel. However, what initially seemed like a straightforward assignment soon evolved into a much larger project. The required specifications for certification had significantly changed, adding new layers of complexity. Rather than seeing this as an obstacle, Michael embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, rigorously working through the new requirements and leading the project to a successful completion. Michael now leads our Research and Development Technical Team, where he continues to drive innovation and ensures our products meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. His leadership and technical expertise play a vital role in the development of cutting-edge solutions that keep Hytek at the forefront of the fluid transfer industry.
