His deep knowledge spans far beyond products, and he thrives on learning and problem-solving. Chris is a go-to resource for the team. Outside work, you’ll find him enjoying Formula 1, hiking, and tackling new technical challenges head-on. Michael Dalton | Technical Product Support Michael leads Hytek’s Research and Development Technical Team with a strong foundation in mechanical and electronics engineering. He specialises in certification projects and creating forward-thinking solutions for fluid transfer systems. A calm, capable leader, he’s also a keen climber and yoga enthusiast. Jonny Fowler | Product Solutions Support Jonny handles technical queries from both internal teams and customers, providing expert troubleshooting and hands-on support.
